Ya probe los 197.13 y funcionan tan bien sin mayor problema. Ya probe esta API en Win7 X64 y funcionan bien no hay problemas alguno pero por razones extrañas y porque soy medio quisquilloso estoy ocupando los 196.21 solo por unos test.
